Governing Law
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Company to perform the services.
- Respond promptly to any requests for information or approvals.
- Ensure timely payment of fees as outlined in the service agreement.
Fees and Payment
- Fees: The fees for the services will be as outlined in the service agreement or proposal. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party during the term of this Agreement. This obligation will continue for a period of two years after the termination of this Agreement.
